Job summary

Lübke & Vogt, a German manufacturer of engineered rubber molded parts, seeks a Business Development Sales Manager to expand in Poland. You will drive growth with Tier 1/2 automotive suppliers, manage RFQs, and coordinate with teams in Germany while building long-term customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or business development in supplier industries, with fluency in Polish and English, and willingness to travel across Poland and Germany.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or program management in the supplier industry.
• Established network within the Polish industry and automotive suppliers.
• Experience with RFQ and PPAP processes and with Tier 1/2 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers across Poland.
• Develop opportunities with non-automotive customers in Poland.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and lead commercial discussions.
• Coordinate customer requirements with teams in Germany and manage RFQs through SOP.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Polish market.

Founded in 1968, we supply technical elastomer solutions to leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers worldwide. As part of our continued growth in East Europe, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Sales Manager to expand our presence throughout the Polish automotive and non-automotive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers throughout Poland
• Develop new business opportunities with non-automotive customers throughout Poland
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue RFQs and sourcing opportunities.
• Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with our teams in Germany.
• Manage projects from RFQ through SOP.
• Represent Lübke & Vogt at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Polish automotive market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, key account management, or program management experience within the supplier industry.
• Established network within the Polish industry.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
• Knowledge of RFQ and PPAP processes.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel throughout Poland and Germany.
• Experience with rubber, elastomer, plastic, sealing, fastening, or related engineered components.
• Experience working with German or European automotive suppliers.
• Existing relationships with purchasing, engineering, and program management teams within automotive suppliers.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
