We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Business Development Manager, who will independently lead the sales process – from the first contact and recognition of the client's needs, through the preparation of the offer and negotiations, to the signing of a long-term contract.
This is a position for a person who does not wait for leads. He builds a pipeline, reaches out to decision-makers, sees business potential and is able to turn it into a concrete result.
Business Development Manager
In this position, you will:
- acquire large, long-term CX/BPO contracts and technology projects,
- develop sales of solutions based on AI and automation, m.in. voicebots,
- build and manage your own sales pipeline,
- conduct the entire sales process – from prospecting to signing the contract,
- build relationships with decision-makers on the client's side and develop them towards long-term cooperation,
- conduct consulting conversations, diagnose clients' business needs and recommend tailored solutions,
- prepare offers, cost models and valuations,
- conduct and coordinate RFI/RFP processes and commercial negotiations,
- cooperate with Operations, NewTech, IT, HR and Marketing teams in preparing solutions for clients,
- take care of the quality of data in CRM, pipeline and sales forecasts.
What do we expect?
- at least 5 years of experience in the sale of B2B services – especially BPO, CX/contact center, process outsourcing, consulting or IT services,
- experience in independent sales and responsibility for the result,
- experience in conducting large, multi-stage tenders and negotiations,
- the ability to prepare an offer and valuation taking into account the cost model, FTE, SLA or indexation,
- experience in consulting sales and working with clients at the decision-making level,
- practical knowledge of CRM and working with the sales pipeline,
- freedom in conversation with decision-makers and a natural ability to build business relationships,
- independence, ownership and strong result orientation,
- English at the level of min. C1 – spoken and written
Welcome:

- knowledge of the e-commerce/retail sector, health care or banking and finance,
- experience in selling AI and automation solutions,
- experience with sales intelligence tools, e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:
- 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
- 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
- With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [emailprotected] . Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- If you have exhausted your rights towards the Controller and you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul.
