Job summary

Axendi seeks a dedicated professional to combine advisory on technology-enabled transformation with achieving business objectives. You will support growth, drive change across the organization, and act as a credible advisor to clients, communicating with operations and senior stakeholders.

You will shape processes, implement improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives in CX, BPO, AI, and automation, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

At Axendi, we are developing the sale of CX/BPO services and modern technological solutions supporting customer service – including AI and automation.

We are looking for a dedicated professional whose role combines advisory on technology-enabled transformation and proposals with the achievement of business objectives. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to support business growth and drive meaningful change across the organization.

This is a position for a person who is ableto act as a credible, value-creating advisor to clients and communicate effectively with operational and senior stakeholders.

Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for the following periods:

• 6 months from the end of the recruitment process – if you consented only to the current recruitment;
• 2 years from the date the application documents were submitted – if you consented to both current and future recruitment processes.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of it, as well as the right to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer using one of the communication channels indicated in point 1.
• With respect to data processed by the Controller based on your consent (data other than those required under the Labour Code), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a statement to [e-mail].
