Job summary

Atos seeks a Business Analyst to bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams on a large-scale public-sector digitization program in Europe. You will gather and analyze requirements, support solution design, and translate business needs into clear specifications.

The role requires fluent German, strong English, and experience in requirements gathering; you will run workshops with German-speaking stakeholders, model processes, and help manage the backlog with Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) - daily communication with stakeholders is conducted in German
• Good command of English
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

About the Project

Join an international team delivering a large-scale digital transformation program for the public administration sector in Europe. The platform supports the modernization of critical registry processes, enabling secure information exchange, process automation, and integration between multiple government systems.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and analyze requirements, support solution design, and ensure that business needs are translated into clear and actionable specifications.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) - daily communication with stakeholders is conducted in German
• Good command of English
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience in public sector, government, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with integration projects and enterprise systems
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
• Experience working in international and distributed team
