Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Poland is seeking a motivated analyst to join our consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance. You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test solutions, supporting UATs while collaborating daily with developers and IT architects in an Agile, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar.
• Fluent English with C1 level; German at B2/C1 level is expected.
• Ability to work in Poland and the EU on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Be part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.
• Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.

About the role. You will:

About the requirements. You need:

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1 level).
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2/C1 level.
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.
• To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

• Understanding of insurance processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC.
• Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
• Experience applying agile frameworks in practice (e.g. Scrum), including agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, etc).
• Fluency in French.
• While having the main office in Poland, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.
