Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology for enterprise applications. You will lead interviews, document epics and user stories, map processes, and collaborate with product and engineering to refine the backlog and validate requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of BA/Analyst experience in enterprise apps.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and traceability.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence; Visio/Lucidchart.
• Strong Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

About the role

You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Technology, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to lead requirements discovery, process analysis, and solution definition, turning business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and measurable outcomes. What you'll do

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to uncover business objectives, processes, pain points, and constraints
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements: epics, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using Jira or Azure Boards and Confluence
• Create process maps and data-flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes, flowcharts) using Visio or Lucidchart, and perform gap and impact analysis
• Partner with product owners and engineering to refine the backlog, analyze data with Excel and SQL, and support evidence-based decisions
• Coordinate UAT and, when needed, execute targeted manual testing to validate that delivered solutions meet approved requirements

What you bring

• 5–7 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and requirements traceability
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Boards, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation
• Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and build alignment across business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have

• SAP-integrated business processes, SOAP services, or financial/transactional workflows
• Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM/enterprise platforms
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Manual functional testing and API validation tools (Postman, SoapUI)
• Awareness of QA automation approaches
