The Business Analyst plays a key role in gathering requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, and supporting workflow digitization efforts for a large operational modernization program. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, process engineers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet organizational needs and are adopted successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observations.
