Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within a digital transformation. You will work with stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to gather, analyze, and document requirements ensuring successful design and delivery.

In this role you will model processes, perform fit-gap analyses for COTS/SaaS, define interfaces, and support UAT in an Agile environment with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong ability to model business processes (BPMN) and map interfaces between systems.
• Experience performing fit-gap analyses for COTS/SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, including user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria.
• Map and analyse business processes (BPMN) to identify opportunities for optimization and system improvements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis of COTS/SaaS solutions, identifying configuration needs and integration requirements.
• Define interface specifications and data mappings between applications and upstream/downstream systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams in an Agile environment, managing requirements through Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain requirements traceability, manage change requests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Support API discussions by understanding REST APIs, JSON structures, and data schemas to facilitate communication between business and development teams.
