Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager in Kraków to support brokers, assist in onboarding, and coordinate with BDMs on loan applications. You will act as the key link between brokers and internal resources, ensuring efficient processes and excellent service.

The role requires relationship-building, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding and loan-related tasks across teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships with responsive communication.
• Assist onboarding of new brokers into the company's systems.
• Work with BDMs on loan applications and progress.
• Assist brokers with loan enquiries by gathering key documents.
• Collaborate with Submissions, Credit, and Contracts to streamline processes.
• Collect and prepare client bank statements for the Credit team.
• Keep brokers updated on application status and follow up on missing items.
