Dalux is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Warsaw. In this role, you will drive support activities and ensure customer satisfaction in the growing Polish market. You'll present software, maintain strong relationships, and represent Dalux at various events.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM and digital construction.
• Solid knowledge of working on construction sites.
• Ability to deep-dive into software and train users.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and present Dalux software to customers.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent Dalux at sales activities and manage implementations.
