Customer Success Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager – Infrastructure to strengthen our team in Warsaw. Working closely with leading contractors, developers, and consultants, Dalux aims to digitalize the construction, infrastructure, and real estate industries worldwide.

Your role as Customer Success Manager – Infrastructure

including but not limited to:

• Supporting new and existing customers in understanding and using our high‑end BIM solutions
• Presenting the Dalux product portfolio to potential new customers
• Leading onboarding, implementation, and training of the full Dalux product suite
• Supporting existing customers with technical or feature‑related questions when needed
• Participating in networking groups, trade fairs, and industry events

Your background

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, surveying & planning, geotechnical engineering, or a related field. You bring solid knowledge of the construction and infrastructure sector, combined with hands‑on experience in infrastructure projects.

You have strong technical understanding—particularly within BIM and digital construction tools. Experience from a user or practitioner perspective is considered a strong advantage. You are motivated to take ownership, share knowledge, and continuously develop your skills in a fast‑paced environment.
