Job summary

Fieldwire is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide clients through platform deployments, trainings, and ongoing engagement. You will become a product expert, understand client needs, and drive adoption across a portfolio of customers while building strong relationships.

This role offers remote/hybrid work and is based out of the Warsaw office. Fluency in English, Polish, and Czech or Slovak is required, with a proactive, organized, client-focused mindset ideal for a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction experience.
• Fluency in English, Polish, and Czech or Slovak.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to integrate Fieldwire into day-to-day workflows.
• Manage a portfolio of customers (new and existing) to improve Fieldwire usage and processes.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients.
• Conduct web-based and in-person trainings and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire.
• Assist the product team in identifying issues and communicating customer feedback for product improvements.
• Troubleshoot to help communicate answers to product questions and resolve technical issues.
