Job summary

UPM Paper is seeking a Billing Specialist in Customer Operations to join our Wroclaw-based hub. You will deliver accurate invoicing for forestry services and B2B partners, manage master data requests, and support the revenue cycle in a dynamic, international setting.

Fluency in English is required, with Finnish at least B2 level, and you will collaborate across functions, using SAP, Excel, and collaborative processes to ensure timely, precise billing and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with Finnish at least B2 level.
• Experience in customer service, SAP, Excel, and billing operations is advantageous.
• Collaborates effectively across functions in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B partners.
• Handle master data requests related to customer data and manage purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance collection team to monitor accounts and collect invoices.
• Support continuous improvement of billing processes and internal workflows.
• Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders.
