Job summary

UPM is seeking a Billing Specialist for the Customer Operations team in the Wroclaw hub. You will ensure accurate invoicing, manage customer data, and support end-to-end billing in an international setting.

You will collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and Business teams, handling orders and documents with attention to detail. Hybrid work in Wroclaw is offered along with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and billing operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international setting.
• Fluent English and Finnish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B partners.
• Handle master data requests related to customer data.
• Process purchase orders and verify delivery specifications for B2B purchases.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, and Controlling on invoicing and collections.
• Monitor customer and vendor accounts with Finance; report and improve processes.
