UPM-Kymmene Sp.z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a Billing Specialist in Customer Operations to ensure precise invoicing and effective data handling.

We are looking for a Billing Specialist, Customer Operations to join our team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do

• Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B business partners as well as accurate miscellaneous invoicing
• Handle master data requests related to customer master data
• Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in collaboration with the Business personnel and Finance collection team
• Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel
• Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling
• Perform and report of above mentioned tasks and any other tasks assigned by manager, according to defined monthly targets
• Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working

Who you are

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have Finnish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• You have experience in customer service, SAP, Excel, and billing operations, which will be considered an advantage
• You enjoy collaborating across functions in an international setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Customer Operations.
