Job summary

UPM is hiring an Intern, Order Management with English to join the Wrocław hub. You’ll start with basic order entry, learn our processes, and grow into more complex tasks while collaborating with internal teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Wroclaw, with a focus on learning Salesforce and SAP, and engagement across multiple functions in an international setting. You will be supported by the Order Management Team Leader and gain practical experience in customer, supplier, and financial

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree, or basic experience in customer service or order processing.
• You are eager to learn UPM's culture, processes, and organization.
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of tools from Customer Cervices or Order Management will be an asset.
• You have strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders.

In Poland, UPM is running two factories near Wrocław, Human Resources Services in Kraków and UPM Business Hub at the heart of the city of Wrocław. What you will do

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
