Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Rebate Management Specialist to own the rebate process across markets and customer portfolios, collaborating with sales to ensure accurate setup and providing expert support on rebate matters.

You will prepare periodic reports, monitor customer data for accuracy, and generate billing documents compliant with tax and legal requirements, while driving continuous process improvements.

• Generate billing documents in compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements.
• Drive and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The position holder will report to Team Leader, Rebate & Billing Operations.
