Job summary

Planet Planet is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. You will review records, correct data, and support proper invoicing to prevent financial impact.

You will work with contracts, Account Management, and internal systems, sending notifications and updating the ERP as changes occur. English proficiency is required; French/German are desirable. This role offers a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to manage data accurately.
• Experience with ERP systems and billing/invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. This role reviews, corrects and maintains customer records to support proper invoicing, reduce discrepancies and prevent financial impact.

What you will do:

• Review customer data, based on available documentation like contracts, Account Management team or internal systems and make sure the billing and contact details are correct
• Correct customerata in the system upon investigation, including setting up proper invoices and issuing credit notes if necessary
• Send customer notification letters regarding billing changes and implementation of those changes into the ERP
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding missing data
• Track all necessary actions and work with internal Premier and Account Management teams to obtain proper information
• Review customer outstanding balances and providing statement of accounts

• Experience in working as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role within Invoicing area
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Demonstrate ownership and independency at work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Proficient English is required
• Proficient French and/or German are desirable
