Job summary

Planet Planet is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. You will review records, correct data, and support proper invoicing to prevent financial impact.

You will work with contracts, Account Management, and internal systems, sending notifications and updating the ERP as changes occur. English proficiency is required; French/German are desirable. This role offers a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting practices and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to manage data accurately.
• Experience with ERP systems and billing/invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review customer billing data across systems to ensure accuracy.
• Correct customer data and issue invoices or credit notes as needed.
• Send notification letters regarding billing changes and implement in ERP.
• Contact customers by phone and email about missing data.
• Track actions and liaise with Premier and Account Management teams for information.
