Job summary

Planet is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. You will review, correct and maintain records to support proper invoicing, reduce discrepancies and avoid financial impact.

Key duties include updating customer data, setting up invoices, issuing credit notes, sending billing change letters, contacting customers by phone or email, and coordinating with Premier and Account Management teams to obtain complete information.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; French and/or German desirable.
• Experience as Billing Specialist or in invoicing duties.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and ensure accurate billing and contacts.
• Update system data and set up invoices; issue credit notes if needed.
• Send billing notifications and implement changes in ERP.
• Contact customers to obtain missing data via phone/email.
• Coordinate with Premier and Account Management to obtain required info.
• Review outstanding balances and provide statements.
