Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Poland is seeking a Learning Coordinator to support training requirements, develop eLearning content, and ensure readiness for audits. You will empower managers, coordinate events, and maintain training records across the organization.

This hybrid role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues in ServiceNow/LMS, and driving continuous improvement of training programs while aligning with GMP/ISO13485 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in learning coordination, facilitation, content development, or LMS management.
• Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies (LMS, ServiceNow, content authoring tools).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of training requirements aligned with Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS, maintaining readiness for business needs.
• Empower managers and process owners to fulfill training responsibilities, provide tools and resources for success.
• Represent Technical Training during regulatory audits and support requests for training records/evidence.
• Develop learning content based on training needs and business requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions to employees and support onboarding for a positive learner experience.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, manage orientation documentation, and training schedules.
• Update training procedures, plans, and documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot course and access issues, manage ServiceNow tickets and system requests.
• Review, approve, and execute training-related QMS change control tasks.
• Collaborate with peers to implement standard processes and identify improvements.
• Assist in managing relationships with local vendors or institutions for training delivery.
• Support local training initiatives and NC/CAPAs related to training outcomes.
