Job summary

Stryker in Warsaw is seeking a training and learning coordinator to deliver technical training, manage the LMS, and ensure training programs meet compliance requirements across functions. You will collaborate with managers to assess needs, generate training metrics, support regulatory audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation while upholding GMP and ISO13485 standards.

Fluent English and French plus MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in learning coordination, training administration, or LMS support.
• Fluent English and French at least B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience using learning technologies including LMS platforms.
• GMP and ISO 13485 knowledge or familiarity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.

• Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
• Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support.
• Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including management of service tickets and related requests.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement training programs that support business objectives.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or learning management system (LMS) support.
• Fluent English and French skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.).

Poland Pay Ranges

• Poland: zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual
