Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław seeks a T&E Specialist to process and monitor expense reports, support process optimization, and help develop innovative projects within the GBS Center.

You will work with SAP Concur, ServiceNow and Genesys, communicate with employees in English and German, train end users, and maintain internal documentation to ensure compliant T&E operations across European markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in the accounting area, preferably in T&E or Accounts Payable.
• Fluent in English and German (min. B2).
• Knowledge of SAP Concur, ServiceNow or Genesys is a strong asset.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring expense reports in SAP Concur efficiently, effectively, and accurately, in line with tax and legal requirements as well as BI guidelines.
• Managing and prioritizing T&E tasks efficiently to ensure compliance.
• Assisting and supporting T&E objectives in accordance with management decisions, while ensuring and monitoring proper execution of T&E processes.
• Communicating with Boehringer Ingelheim employees regarding T&E queries (ServiceNow tickets) and answering employee calls (Genesys).
• Supporting Concur end users through organizing training sessions and preparing training materials.
• Creating and maintaining internal process documentation.
