Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Poland is seeking a Global Travel & Expense Specialist to ensure compliance with financial policies and optimize T&E processes. You will own SAP Concur and related master data, maintain employee-facing T&E policies, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements in a global environment.

The role requires 3+ years in T&E/compliance, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a T&E, compliance, or systems-related role.
• Experience with T&E systems, preferably SAP Concur.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor T&E compliance across expense accounting, travel bookings, and HR integrations.
• Ensure accurate financial posting of expense claims and adherence to global travel policies.
• Manage and monitor core T&E systems (SAP Concur) and related master data.
• Maintain and update employee-facing T&E policies, guidelines, and training content.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements with internal and external stakeholders.
