Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław seeks a T&E Specialist to process and monitor expense reports, support process optimization, and help develop innovative projects within the GBS Center.

You will work with SAP Concur, ServiceNow and Genesys, communicate with employees in English and German, train end users, and maintain internal documentation to ensure compliant T&E operations across European markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in the accounting area, preferably in T&E or Accounts Payable.
• Fluent in English and German (min. B2).
• Knowledge of SAP Concur, ServiceNow or Genesys is a strong asset.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring expense reports in SAP Concur efficiently, effectively, and accurately, in line with tax and legal requirements as well as BI guidelines.
• Managing and prioritizing T&E tasks efficiently to ensure compliance.
• Assisting and supporting T&E objectives in accordance with management decisions, while ensuring and monitoring proper execution of T&E processes.
• Communicating with Boehringer Ingelheim employees regarding T&E queries (ServiceNow tickets) and answering employee calls (Genesys).
• Supporting Concur end users through organizing training sessions and preparing training materials.
• Creating and maintaining internal process documentation.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a T&E Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing and monitoring expense reports in SAP Concur efficiently, effectively, and accurately, in line with tax and legal requirements as well as Boehringer Ingelheim internal guidelines.
• Managing and prioritizing T&E tasks efficiently to ensure compliance.
• Assisting and supporting T&E objectives in accordance with management decisions, while ensuring and monitoring proper execution of T&E processes.
• Communicating with and supporting Boehringer Ingelheim employees regarding T&E-related queries (ServiceNow tickets), and answering employee phone calls (Genesys).
• Supporting Concur end users through organizing training sessions, preparing training materials.
• Creating and maintaining internal process documentation.

About our future employee

You should speak English and German fluently (min. B2 level) and have at least 2 years of professional experience in the accounting area, preferably in T&E or Accounts Payable. Knowledge of additional language e.g. Italian, Spanish, French will be considered as an additional asset.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• University degree (Finance, Business Administration or similar).
• Experience in working with SAP Concur, ServiceNow or Genesys will be a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skill.
• Reliability, ability to learn new topics quickly and to transfer knowledge to others.
• Understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes would be preferable, but is not a must.
