You’ll own relationships, drive expansion conversations, onboard new customers, and collaborate with product, sales, and support to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French fluency required.
• 1–3+ years in customer-facing roles (CSA/AM).
• Experience with B2B SaaS and portfolio management beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To for Your Dealers: retain and grow your book of business through proactive communication.
• Drive Expansion Conversations: introduce new product features and expansion opportunities that drive revenue.
• Train Like a Pro: onboard and train dealerships to hit the ground running.
• Optimize Dealer Performance: analyze results, identify trends, and build ROI-driven strategies.
• Solve Problems Before They Exist: provide proactive support and high-impact follow-ups.
• Collaborate Across the Org: act as the voice of the customer between product, support, sales and leadership.
• Champion the Client: advocate for product enhancements and ensure fast resolution.
