Job summary

Pierre Strand is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site and desk-side support for end users in a fast-paced environment. The role covers imaging, issue resolution within SLA, and end-user device/meeting room support.

Candidates should be fluent in Polish and English (B2), with strong customer-facing skills, teamwork, and independent problem-solving abilities. Experience with SCCM and tape backup is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must speak Polish (B2) and English (B2).
• Provide onsite and desk-side support to end users.
• Complete incidents and requests within SLA in a pressurized environment.
• Must have experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting Gold image deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and desk-side support to end users.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot Gold image on PCs and laptops.
• Update tickets daily and maintain ticket accuracy.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (iPads/iPhones/Android).
• Assist data center equipment troubleshooting and repair per SLA.
• Perform daily tapes in local backup routines and tape library handling.
