Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experience with imaging projects and OS deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and guide users.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, OPK, PXE, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes (smarthands GLOPAS).
• Laptop provisioning and configuration for new starters.
• Asset management and return handling with vendors.
• Desk setup and on-site hardware troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and IT teams for issues.
