Job summary

Solid in Poland seeks an implementation manager to lead international QRmaint deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will train customer teams to ensure self-sufficiency after go-live and manage projects with cross-functional coordination across sales, support and product.

Fluency in English, Polish and German is required to run deployments and trainings. The role offers hybrid work with 2-3 days in the Kraków or Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities or industrial environment.
• Ability to run a project independently: schedule, customer communication, overcoming obstacles.
• Comfortable in a training/coaching role with customer users.
• English, Polish and German – all mandatory, sufficient to run implementations and trainings independently.

Responsibilities

• Run international QRmaint implementations end to end: kickoff, system configuration, integrations, data migration, go-live.
• Train and onboard customer teams so they are self-sufficient after go-live.
• Manage implementations as projects: schedule, milestones, customer communication, coordination with sales, support and product teams.
• Take international implementations over from the sales team.
• Handle part of customer support requests, often turning into implementation work.
• Feed customer insight back to the product team regarding new features and fixes.
