Job summary

SINGU seeks a hands-on professional to own QRmaint’s international implementations end to end, from kickoff and configuration to go-live and customer training. You’ll work hybrid from Kraków or Warsaw, coordinating with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a smooth rollout across markets and languages.

You’ll train customer teams and manage projects independently, helping the sales team by taking on international deployments and enabling customers to operate the system confidently.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, or industrial experience.
• Ability to run a project independently.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end for international customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Handle the technical setup and data migration for new customers.
• Train the customer's users to operate the system independently.
• Manage the implementation as a project with schedule, milestones and stakeholder comms.
• Take international implementations off the sales team's plate to free selling time.
• Provide support when needed and channel inquiries to the implementation work.
• Feed customer insights back to product for feature/fix prioritization.
