Job summary

SINGU Group is expanding QRmaint across Europe and seeks an implementation lead with maintenance/industrial background. You will own international deployments from kickoff to go-live, configure integrations, and train client teams to self-sustain the system post-implementation.

Work is hybrid with Poland-based offices; English and German are required to operate across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and product teams to scale this growing platform.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or industrial experience required.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Comfort in a training role for customer teams.
• Fluent English; German proficiency required for international work.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end for international customers—from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and setup QRmaint for new customers, including data migration and integrations.
• Train customer users to operate the system independently.
• Manage projects: schedule, milestones, and stakeholder communication; coordinate with sales, support, and product.
• Reduce sales workload by taking ownership of international implementations.
• Provide frontline support and translate customer insights to product enhancements.
