Job summary

SINGU is seeking a hands-on Implementations Lead for QRmaint in Poland. You will own international deployments from kickoff to go-live, configure systems, migrate data, and train customer teams to operate independently.

You’ll split responsibilities with the Polish market team, ensuring smooth handoffs and scalable rollout across Europe. Ideal candidates bring maintenance or industrial experience, strong project management, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Must be able to run projects end to end for international customers.
• Comfortable in a training role for customer teams.
• Strong communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations end to end for international customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure QRmaint for new customers, set up integrations, migrate data.
• Onboard customer teams so they can operate independently after go-live.
• Manage project schedule, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
