Goldman Recruitment is seeking an HR Administrator (Czech or Hungarian speaker) to join our client’s HR team. You will provide comprehensive HR support across the full administration lifecycle, including payroll coordination and policy documentation.

The role offers hybrid work with flexible hours and opportunities to advance within HR. The position requires English plus Hungarian or Czech at least B2 level, prior HR admin exposure or strong motivation to grow in HR, and familiarity with SAP or

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Hungarian or Czech at least B2 level.
• Experience in HR administration or strong motivation to develop a career in HR.
• Practical experience with HR systems (SAP preferred) will be a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Full-cycle HR support for hiring, onboarding, contracts, changes, and offboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the payroll team to review cases and ensure accuracy.
• Document local HR procedures and convert them into standardized SOPs.
• Serve as an HR contact via e‑mail, chat, MS Teams, or HR portal.
• Leverage SAP and ServiceNow to resolve queries and monitor HR requests.
• Create and update process guides in line with internal standards.
• Actively contribute to HR department to enhance employee experience, boost performance, and drive results.
