Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services is hiring an HR Services Administrator with German to join our hybrid team in Kraków. You will handle frontline HR data processing, auditing, reporting and process improvement initiatives while leveraging technology to reduce manual tasks.

You will support German employee lifecycle processes, maintain documentation, and ensure timely responses within SLAs. This role blends on-site and remote work with collaborations across an international HR function.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German at C1 level or higher.
• Experience tracking cases for documentation, monitoring and allocation.
• Ability to advocate for change and drive improvement within the team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills in an international, matrix organisation.
• Customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process transactions in the HR system as the primary contact for workforce administration processes.
• Act as the point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures to capture process knowledge.
• Provide high-quality support with timely responses in line with SLAs.
• Coordinate cases with team members to meet SLA timelines.
• Track cases in the case management system for documentation and allocation.
• Conduct audits of HR data and identify issues with recommended actions.
