Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection in Poznań, Poland, seeks French-speaking HR professionals (junior to senior) to deliver comprehensive HR support across the full lifecycle and payroll activities.

You will join the HR team to handle hiring, onboarding, contracts and offboarding, collaborate with payroll, document SOPs, and use SAP and ServiceNow to resolve queries, contributing to employee experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (B2+).
• Experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HR systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong ownership of daily tasks and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Driven mindset with ability to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle HR support: hiring, onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Document local HR procedures and SOPs.
• Serve as HR contact via email, chat, MS Teams, or HR portal.
• Use SAP and ServiceNow to resolve queries and monitor requests.
• Create and update process guides.
• Contribute to HR initiatives to boost employee experience and performance.
