Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is seeking an (Senior) HR Administration Specialist with German for a role based in Poznań. You will provide full-cycle HR support and act as a point of contact across local policies and processes.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German (B2), has experience with HR systems (SAP preferred), and can manage priorities independently while driving improvements. A hybrid work model and private healthcare are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• full-cycle support for hiring, onboarding, contracts, changes, and offboarding
• collaborate closely with the payroll team to review cases and ensure accuracy
• document local HR procedures and convert them into standardized SOPs
• serve as an HR contact via e‑mail, chat, MSTeams, or HR portal
• leverage SAP and ServiceNow to resolve queries and monitor HR requests
• create and update process guides in line with internal standards
• actively contribute to HR department to enhance employee experience, boost performance, and drive results.
