Job summary

Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is assisting a globally recognized brand in finding a (Senior) HR Administration Specialist with German. The role covers full HR administration lifecycle and payroll support.

You will work in a hybrid setup with flexible hours, collaborate with payroll and SAP-enabled HR processes, and help improve employee experience by creating SOPs and process guides.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Some experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HR systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to manage priorities and own daily tasks.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide full HR administration support from hire to retire.
• Collaborate with payroll to review HR cases for accuracy.
• Document and standardize local HR procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as HR contact via email, chat, MS Teams, or HR portal.
• Create process guides and contribute to employee experience and performance.
