Qualifications

• Fluent English and French (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers.
• Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including KPIs.
• Ensure good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws.
• Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
