Job summary

Farnell Global hires a Credit Controller fluent in English and French to support cash collection and credit management across the business.

You will manage the sales ledger, mitigate credit risk, and liaise with internal teams to resolve aged items, while delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring compliance with policy.

Role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based in Kraków, Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
• Credit control experience in a B2B environment.
• Ability to manage multiple currencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT literacy; experience with cloud-based CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the business receivables by reviewing old balances and investigating.
• Manage credit and collections to maximise cash and minimise risk.
• Coordinate with the collections team to resolve queries on accounts.
• Promote excellent customer service with a proactive approach.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with policy and DOAM.
