Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish required.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Retail or Chemical industry experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Analytical skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Build strong proactive relationships with customers to drive growth and retention.
• Review performance against agreed objectives.
• Develop sales from inquiries and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer pricing.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Record and follow up on quotations and sample requests.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM as needed.
• Support Area Business Managers/Account Managers and communicate regularly.
• Keep customer records up to date.
• Handle Customer Complaints and investigations when required.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow all Quality procedures and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain a smart, professional appearance and safety practices.
• All health, safety, training, and environmental matters are observed.
