Antal is seeking a Junior Customer Care Representative with Spanish to provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across English and Spanish channels.

Responsibilities include prompt responses to calls and emails, documenting interactions, and making product recommendations aligned with customer needs. Flexible schedules are required to support diverse shifts.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding their needs, inquiries, or issues.
• Listen actively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide practical solutions in English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
• Use internal systems and tools effectively to support customers and maintain accurate records.
• Work towards defined departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Make appropriate product or service recommendations based on customers’ needs.
