Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Slovenian and German to support the PAYBACK loyalty program. The role involves providing first-line customer support, handling inquiries across channels, and assisting with data entry and rewards processing.

You will join a team offering remote or in-office work, with training and onboarding, plus opportunities for professional development and relocation support if needed. A one-time referral bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Slovenian (C2) and German (C1) for customer support.
• Strong customer-service orientation and empathy.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with earning points and redeeming rewards in PAYBACK.
• Enter and manage customer data in the system.
