HCLTech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service across voice, email, chat and other digital channels from a remote setup. You will be the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and documenting interactions to support high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Croatian and English at a minimum B2 level, with strong listening skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Croatian (B2) and English (B2).
• Strong active listening with a customer-focused approach.
• Empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and ticketing systems.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a remote setting.
• Problem-solving and escalation ability.
• Experience handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries across voice, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with product, order, account, and service requests with accurate responses.
