Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. – Łódź is seeking a Credit Control Specialist with French to manage credit limits, assess risk and negotiate securities with customers. The role requires fluent English and French, strong Excel skills, and sharp communication abilities.

You will monitor credit risk, analyze customer worthiness, and coordinate with insurers so that AR exposure is covered. Hybrid work setup and career growth opportunities are available in Poland.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level, essential for client communication.
• Very good knowledge of Excel (reports, VLOOKUP, PIVOT, INDIRECT).
• Strong communication skills.
• University degree will be an asset.
• Experience in F&A OTC or master data area will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer credit limits and assess ongoing credit risk exposure.
• Analyse customer credit worthiness.
• Negotiate alternative securities with customers to cover credit risk of AR.
• Negotiate credit limits with credit insurance to cover AR risk.
• Decide to release orders based on credit risks and outstanding balances.
