Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our Global Business Services center.

You will manage compensation and benefits reporting, handle inquiries, and collaborate with Corporate Benefits, Accounting and Payroll to improve processes. We require 2-3 years in HR or Payroll, excellent spoken and written English, a Bachelor's degree, and a confidentiality-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Currently, within our Global Business Services center in Kraków, we are expanding the Benefits Team and are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Benefits Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all relevant Compensation and Benefits reporting and administration.
• Handle benefits related inquires.
• Recommends enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures.
• Cooperate closely with Corporate Benefits, Accounting, Payroll, Project Controls, Global Mobility and other HR Services teams.
• Support other teams in handling more complex, not only Benefits related queries.
• Maintain positive and professional work relations with vendors and other stakeholders.
• You may be required to help with some additional work for other HR functions, not limited to Benefits.

Here’s what you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or Payroll.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team environment, customer service oriented.
• Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution.
• Knowledge of HR or Payroll policies and processes.
