Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Benefits Analyst I to deliver technical support to ongoing clients. The role focuses on BAU projects and BAU support, with a 50/50 hybrid model from our Kraków office on a full-time contract.

You will own requirements, review and refine processes, lead client projects and testing, and ensure smooth transitions to BAU for implementations. You will also participate in audits and drive process improvements and automation, including RPA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• English at C1 level preferred.
• Detailed analytical approach to tasks.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively (Project management experience not essential).
• Data analysis skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and update client requirements documents and specifications, keeping them up to date with policy/legislation changes.
• Review existing processes and identify change opportunities that provide client value and support revenue goals.
• Lead client projects and execute testing.
• Coordinate with Project Team to ensure good quality BAU transition for implementations.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify process gaps and create improvement plans for assigned clients.
• Support RCA process with process expertise and mitigation actions.
• Prepare test scenarios and participate in change order testing.
• Work with Benefits Processors on eliminating manual processing.
• Lead process automation initiatives and act as SME for RPA implementation.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Responsible for the client requirements. Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
• Consistently work to review existing processes and identify change opportunities that will provide client value and support revenue goals.
• Leading client projects and executing testing.
• Working with Project Team to ensure good quality transition to BAU takes place for implementation projects
• Taking part in both internal and external audits.
