Job summary

Nordea is seeking a full-time learner to join the Daily Banking Processing FI 2 team in Łódź. You will learn banking processes, work with Nordea colleagues (notably Finnish partners), and contribute to efficient operations while upholding quality standards.

You will identify improvements, manage daily tasks, and grow expertise in your area as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Hybrid working is offered, with a focus on development and Nordic collaboration.

Qualifications

• English (spoken & written) at a good level (minimum B1).
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Computer literacy including MS Office Tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute banking processes in line with procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Nordea, especially with Finnish partners.
• Identify and propose improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk and cost.
• Handle daily operational tasks within agreed timelines and quality requirements.
• Build knowledge and expertise within your area of responsibility.
