Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking experience or 2+ years in an international company.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of proactively initiating and successfully implementing process improvements or project changes.

Responsibilities

• Processing cross border transfers, handling payment queries and analyzing SWIFT messages
• Identifying and correcting errors in payments and payment orders
• Collaborating with various teams to solve complex cases
• Redesigning and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
• Working on operational excellence initiatives and automation opportunities
