Job summary

Nordea is seeking a motivated FX/MM Confirmations and Settlements Specialist in Łódź. You will help ensure smooth processing of FX and Money Market transactions and participate in ongoing automation and digitalisation efforts.

The role offers exposure to Operations, Treasury, Markets, Technology and Risk functions across a major Nordic financial group. You will work with colleagues across Operations, Technology and Compliance to improve controls, efficiency and regulatory readiness, while

Qualifications

Experience in Financial Markets, Banking Operations, Treasury Operations or Trade Support is a plus.
Solid understanding of FX, Money Market or related products is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end lifecycle of FX and Money Market transactions.
Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and complex market events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive efficiency.
Support automation and digitalisation initiatives and regulatory changes.
Contribute to maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
