People More ищет опытного архитектора/технического лидера для проектирования и эволюции Backend-архитектуры в условиях международной среды. В должность входит руководство архитектурными решениями, взаимодействие с несколькими командами и выработка стандартов для финансовой обработки и масштабирования сервисов.

Требуется опыт в платежной/финтех сфере, знание архитектурных паттернов и способность превращать бизнес-цели в техническую дорожную карту.

Competenze

• Минимум 8 лет опыта в разработке ПО, не менее 2 лет в роли технического лидера или архитектора на нескольких командах.
• Минимум 3 года проектирования распределённых систем в платежной/финтех отрасли.
• Сильный бэкэнд-опыт и практический опыт работы с разными стеками технологий.
• Глубокое понимание распределённых систем и паттернов (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Domain Events, Saga).
• Опыт проектирования API-архитектуры (REST, асинхронная коммуникация, контрактные схемы).
• Опыт оценки технологий баз данных (реляционные, документальные, time-series, ledger).
• Опыт работы с облачными сервисами (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Опыт разработки агентских инженерных сред и мониторинга внедрения.

Задачи

• Designing and evolving backend architecture across multiple teams, ensuring clear domain boundaries, reliable service communication, and scalable system design.
• Establishing architectural principles for distributed systems, including event-driven communication, state management, data consistency, and API integration.
• Leading technical discussions and documenting architectural decisions through ADRs, RFCs, and technical design proposals.
• Assessing technology options and recommending appropriate solutions for databases, cloud infrastructure, messaging systems, and financial data processing.
• Developing and improving AI-powered engineering workflows, including agentic development tools, adoption monitoring, performance measurement, and continuous optimisation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve engineering practices, modernise existing solutions, and introduce common technical standards across teams.
• Collaborating with engineering leaders and product stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and long-term platform strategy.
• Supporting experienced engineers through architectural reviews, technical mentoring, knowledge sharing, and design discussions.
• Driving cross-team technical initiatives and supporting the implementation of architectural improvements across the organisation.

Требования

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership or architecture-related responsibilities across multiple teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing distributed systems in the payments or fintech sector.
• Strong backend engineering expertise and practical experience working with different technology stacks.
• In-depth understanding of distributed systems and architectural patterns such as Event Sourcing, CQRS, Domain Events, and Saga.
• Experience designing state machines and managing the lifecycle of financial entities.
• Strong knowledge of API architecture, including REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and event-driven integration contracts.
• Ability to evaluate database technologies, including relational, document, time-series, and ledger-oriented solutions.
• Experience assessing cloud architecture and services in environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience designing or improving agentic engineering environments, including instrumentation, adoption tracking, and iterative optimisation.
• Understanding of LLM tool-use patterns, context management, and AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Experience preparing clear technical documentation, including Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), RFCs, and system design documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization.
• Strong leadership skills
• Very good English and Polish
